Every item specified, with product photos, supplier, SKU, dimensions, lead time, trade price, client price. Reusable across projects. When a sofa model is discontinued, find every project affected in one query.

Purchase order tracking

POs by supplier, line items linked to specs, expected delivery dates, deposits paid, balances due. Open PO report shows exactly what is outstanding with which supplier at any moment.

Client approvals

Items presented, items approved, items rejected, items revised. Every spec has a status and an audit trail. When a client says "I never approved that fabric," you have the date and the record.

Budget versus actual

Per room, per category, per project. Live view of where you are against budget. Overruns flagged before they become surprises at install.

Install schedule

Delivery dates per item, staging location, install date per room, punch list. The week of install is chaos. This system makes it recoverable chaos.

Supplier directory

Trade accounts, rep contacts, lead times, return policies, preferred payment terms. Searchable. Shared across every designer in the studio.
